Shipping Delays

ALERT: During the week of October 5 - October 9, many packages were misplaced in transit by USPS. If you ordered a product during this week and have not received your package, this may be the case. Please check your tracking number for updates. We worked our best to get this handled. We apologize greatly for the confusion. 

Due to Covid 19 and the influx of packages being sent via USPS we are experiencing 6-8 weeks on shipping for non-US orders and some delays on US orders. If you would like faster shipping times, please purchase a Priority shipment. Please use the tracking number you are given to check the status with USPS, or UPS/FedEx - whichever carrier you selected. 

Once the package is sent out, Headset Buddy has no control of shipping times or any additional information other than what is provided online! We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped and will not provide refunds before the 8 weeks time frame is exceeded. 

We have experienced multiple packages being "lost" or "delivered" but they haven't arrived. Please reach out to us and we will send you a replacement!
