Orders within the United States are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail (2 - 7 business days).
Shipping charges are based on location, weight, and carrier, and will be calculated at checkout.
We can ship our headset adapters anywhere in the world. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout.
International delivery times are subject to a variety of variables. Once the package has cleared customs, it is given to your local postal service. In many cases, complete tracking information is not available for international orders. Certain international destinations may take up to 5 weeks for delivery.
You may return any Headset Buddy within 1 year of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return was a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or malfunctioning adapter, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your package, however, in most cases, you'll receive a refund much quicker. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice or a slip of paper with your name and order id.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will receive a notification once we've received the return and processed a refund.
