Shipping

Domestic Orders - United States

Shipping Methods

Orders within the United States are mostly shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail and take 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Shipping charges are based on location, weight, and carrier plus a $1.00 dollar handling fee because the staff in the warehouse are pretty good at their job.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only available within the continental USA. Unfortunately we are not able to offer free shipping to residents in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & Other U.S. Territories.

To get free shipping in the US, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $65. (You cannot combine multiple orders to reach that number.) Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you will have to pay a minimum $4.50 shipping charge on orders under $65, which means that building bigger carts will definitely get you better value.

 

International Orders

We can ship our adapters anywhere in the world. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, UPS or FedEx, depending on your selection at checkout.

Please keep in mind that although we do try our best to minimize the product value as possible, standard USPS shipments outside of the USA valued over £14 / €14 may be subject to customs duty / tariffs / tax fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost shown while placing the order.

The best way avoid the additional import fees, especially on orders of 10 or more units is to select UPS or FedEx from the shipping options at checkout.

 

International Delivery

International delivery times are subject to a variety of variables (try saying that fast three time). With standard shipping, once a package has cleared customs, it is given to your local postal service. In some instances, complete tracking information may not be immediately available once it reaches your country. Majority of the time, orders arrive in 10-14 days however, certain international destinations may take up to 3 weeks for delivery but normally arrives much sooner.

 

Express Delivery

To make sure we can get items marked with Next Day, Priority, 2-day or Next Day Air delivery to you, you will need to place your order by 1 PM Eastern Standard Time (CST). Keep in mind that estimated days are business days meaning orders placed on Friday, Saturday or over major holidays may take a bit longer than 1-3 days in US or 3-7 Internationally.

 

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items almost always ship within 3–4 weeks max. If you ordered multiple items, we'll usually ship when all the items are ready however we can send them separately if needed. Our goal is to always get you what you ordered as quickly as possible although there are times that we may run into production issues that can cause delays in release dates. If inventory is going to be delayed for any reason, we'll do our best to let you know and offer either a cancellation or free shipping.

Delays

We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, SXSW or bad weather. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy. That said: In case of delays caused by a zombie apocalypse, you’re on your own.

 

Returns

Return Process

You may return any Headset Buddy within 30 days of receiving your order, because controlling the costs of returns will help us maintain our pricing. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. All we ask is that you please be sure to include a copy of your order or just write your order number down on a piece of paper, as it helps us to get your money back to you faster. You will receive an email notification once we've received the return and processed a refund.

UPDATE March 28, 2018: We added a return button at the bottom of this page to make returning packages easier.

 

US & Canada Returns

We’d prefer it if the items you returned were in the original packaging — it’s easier for us that way — but of course we understand that things happen.

When returning a product that was ordered incorrectly make sure you get a signature as USPS is not always reliable.

 

International Returns

Unfortunately our system does not allow us to create return labels for international orders, however if you contact us saying you need return something we will normally do so without you having to send back to us. We know it may be inconvenient at times but it is the least we can do without forcing you to incur a cost for a product that you do not want.

Refunds

USA & Canada

When issuing a credit or refund we only refund USPS First Class & Priority Mail. Any other shipping fees such as UPS, FEDEX etc. or insurance will not be refunded.

1) Any return requested after 30 days will not receive the initial shipping cost that was paid.

2) Any returns deemed to be defective, after trouble shooting with our team,  will receive a prepaid USPS label within the first 30 days.

3) If you ordered the wrong item for any reason you can use our USPS return label generator and the cost will be deducted from the refund unless our tech team deemed the unit defective.

4) Where shipping is included a $4.50 deduction will be made for returns after the 30 days.

 

International

1) Any return requested after 30 days will not receive the initial shipping cost that was paid.

2) Any returns will have to be returned by you with proof of signature and we will credit you an additional $10 within the first 30 days.

3) Returns after the 30 days will receive a refund less the shipping costs.

 

Lost Shipments

All orders when shipped trigger an automated email advising the purchaser that their order is on the way and it will include a tracking number.

We are not responsible for notification of lost purchases beyond 30 days in North America and up to 45 days worldwide. It is your responsibility to reach out to us if your package is lost.

If you provided an incorrect address and the package was delivered then it is your responsibility to retrieve it from the business or person at the address provided.

In Warranty Defects

As much as we would like to believe our products never fail we have accepted that occasionally they do.

In order to get a replacement any defective item must go through the process of trouble shooting with one of our technicians.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction for the first 30 days whereas we will trouble shoot the unit and once deemed truly defective we will arrange for a prepaid return label and offer a full refund including the shipping that was paid or included in the price.

After the 30 days, with some flexibility,  we offer a replacement but do charge a shipping and handling charge once the unit has been determined defective.

The replacement rate for adapters is typically $9.95, Mics are $18.95 and Airplane adapters are $21.95*.

 

* Any exception to the in warranty replacement procedure may take 2-3 weeks for a technician to test and repair your product.

 

Discontinued Product in Warranty

 USA & Canada

As products become end of life and you still have warranty we will be happy to offer a replacement and if there is no alternative we will credit the full amount less any freight charged or a minimum of $4.50 in USA or $8.00 in Canada if freight was included in the price.
