Domestic Orders - United States
Orders within the United States are mostly shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail (2 - 5 business days) although the UPS guys constantly wants to know if we have anything going out today, so we throw him a bone every now and again. Shipping charges are based on location, weight, and carrier plus a $1.00 dollar handling fee because the staff in the warehouse are pretty good at their job.
To get free shipping in the US, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax needs to be at least $50. (You cannot combine multiple orders to reach that number.) Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you’ll have to pay a minimum $3.50 shipping charge on orders under $50 — which means that building bigger carts will definitely get you better value.
To make sure we can get items marked with Next Day, Priority or 2-day delivery to you, you will need to place your order by 2 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Keep in mind that two days means two business days, so orders placed on Friday, Saturday or over major holidays may take a little bit longer than two days. There’s no delivery on Sunday or major holidays.
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders, SXSW or bad weather. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help — waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy. That said: In case of delays caused by a zombie apocalypse, you’re on your own.
We can ship our headset adapters anywhere in the world. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout.
International delivery times are subject to a variety of variables (try saying that fast three time). Once the package has cleared customs, it is given to your local postal service. In many cases, complete tracking information is not available for international orders. Certain international destinations may take up to 5 weeks, sorry, for delivery but normally arrive much sooner.
You may return any Headset Buddy within 30 days of receiving your order, because controlling the costs of returns will help us maintain our pricing. We’d prefer it if the items you returned were in the original packaging — it’s easier for us that way — but of course we understand that things happen.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Also, the return shipping costs is on us, you pay nothing (we will email a free return label once we receive your return request). All we ask is that you please be sure to include a copy of your order or just write your order number down on a piece of paper, it helps us to get your money back to you faster. You will receive a notification once we've received the return and processed a refund.
Finally, and this is important: Please remove any pets that may have taken up residence in packaging before you make a return. We really can’t stress this enough.
