Side-by-side training is a key ingredient of any call center training program. This has just got easier with the introduction of a small headset adaptor. The Headset Buddy Agent Training Switch headset / handset splitter makes side-by-side training easy to achieve. There are two separate mute buttons which allow either the trainer or the advisor to easily join or leave the conversation.
- Dual control with 2 mute buttons and dual volume controls
- Y shaped phone training splitter
- Listen-in only or train/take over call
- Works with wired or wireless headsets or a mix
- Use with Headset Buddy, Agent, Plantronics, Jabra, GN Netcom, and Sennheiser headsets
- Works with most telephones that have an 4P4C RJ9 connection
How to Use:

Plug the male RJ9 end of the adapter into your phone.

Plug your 2 headsets into the female RJ9 ends of your adapter.

You can mute yourself when needed with the button on top.
