It works by converting the standard headset 3.5mm mic/audio plugs to a standard 2.5mm plug, allowing you to use your favorite PC computer/laptop headset with your cordless phone or cell phone.     Works great with Samsung Convoy 2

    I bought the 01-PC35-PH25 adapter cable because I needed to use a full (over the ear) headset with boom mic with my Samsung Convoy 2 (SCH U660) cell phone. It converted the 2.5mm TRS connector on my phone to separate 3.5mm headphone and mic plugs which I plugged my headset into. Works great. Now able to talk hands-free in super noisy locations. Great customer service as well! Thanks!

    Worked great on an older Panasonic portable phone model: KX-TGA542M, adapter cord is larger/stronger than the headset cord.

    I have searched all over for this adaptor. This is the only one I found that allows me to use my multimedia headset with microphone on my home phone cordless telephone. works as promised.

    I WORK ON THE PHONE AS AN INTERPRETER, THIS ADAPTER ALLOWS ME TO USE A HOUSE PHONE WITH MY HEADSET WHICH HAS RCA 2 PLUGS, ONE FOR AUDIO AND ONE FOR A MIC. IT WORKS GREAT WITH NO PROBLEMS, JUST CONNECT IT BETWEEN THE HEAD SET AND THE PHONE AND YOU ARE READY TO GO, GREAT TO HAVE A FEW SPARE ONES TO REPLACE WHEN THEY GET DAMMAGE WHICH HAPPENS TO ME USUALLY EVERY 6 MONTHS, JUST BECAUSE THE WAY I WRAP THE CORD ON THE PHONE FOR STORAGE, THEY ARE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE SO BUYING A FEW IS FINE. GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS. ALSO THERE IS AN ADAPTER FOR IT IN CASE YOU WANT TO USE IT WITH A CELL PHONE WHICH THE TIP IS A BIG THICKER.
