    Exactly what I needed

Posted by Unknown on 18th Jul 2016

I had read descriptions of many of these devices. They all stated they only worked on Cisco (or similar) phones - essentially business phones. I could not find any info as to my AT&T phone was a Cisco type. I finally Googled for the device for non-Cisco phones. Voila! Problem solved and it was an inexpensive solution. Great work "Headset Buddy"

    Great concept, fuzzy audio...

Posted by Steve on 29th Aug 2012

This was an ideal replacement to the expensive desk-phone head-sets, to allow use of your existing computer or mobile phone headphones - however, without clean audio quality, the overall usefulness is significantly diminished. There's a slight buzzing in the audio quality on both ends, and the microphone signal is weak. Complaints from other people on calls, makes it difficult to use and support as a 5 - so, I'd give it a 3.75. A very fair price, for sure.
