    I purchased an adapter from Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002SKAP46) that was listed as being compatible with Smartphones but it did not work on my Droid 2 Global. I contacted Headset Buddy and they sent me this product as a replacement (no charge) and it works great.
