Will not work with Polycom, Aastra, Nortel, and most other phones. Will not work with a Cisco handset plug or RJ11 (wall) jack.
Wasn't sure it would work well. Seems like there are quite a few out there that are sub-standard. Ordered 2 for the call center. They worked great and unlike some have volume and mute for each device. I ordered 3 more at their request. Now they can train 5 people at a time if necessary.
